Certified Athletic Nutrition Return Policy-Revised

At Certified Athletic Nutrition (CAN), we value our many customers. We want you to be completely satisfied by your purchase with CAN. If you are not pleased with the product(s) you purchased through CAN, we will offer a refund or exchange. Please read our Return Policy for details:

CAN Return Policy

In order to better serve our many customers, we have established a Return Policy.

Customers can return their purchase(s) for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid sales receipt or Certifiedathleticnutrition.com packing slip.

Please note:

  • If a product is received that is damaged from packing or shipping, the damage should be reported immediately to our customer service department.
  • If there is a discrepancy in the number or quantity of items received versus the number or quantity of items ordered, CAN must be notified within seven (7) business days of the receipt of the purchase shipment. 
  • All product returns, regardless of the reason for the return, must be pre-approved by the CAN customer service department before the return may be processed. A CAN Return Authorization is required for all product returns; the Return Authorization must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or on the mailing label of the product return. CAN reserves the right to refuse a product return without a visible and valid Return Authorization.
  • Returned products must be received by CAN no later than 14 days of issue of a Return Authorization. For more information, please speak to our customer service department.
  • CAN must receive all returned products before a product credit, refund, or exchange will be made.
  • If a customer places a product order online and then refuses to accept delivery of the order through any reason that is attributed to customer error, such as placing an order for an unwanted product or an incorrect quantity of items ordered, CAN reserves the right to assess full shipping charges and a restocking fee on the products ordered in error by the customer.
  • CAN imposes a processing fee on all returned products. The customer returning products to CAN for any reason is responsible for shipping costs unless CAN waives the shipping costs as part of our Return Authorization.
